Company History

With decades of international experience in the tool & die, stamping and manufacturing businesses, Mr. James Boyle struck out on his own in 1984, founding Boyle Inc., a high-quality, low-cost, precision metal parts business based in Freeport, Pennsylvania, USA.

The business enjoyed steady growth over the years from a single jig grinder to a full staff of precision grinders, wire-edm programmers, punch press operators, tool assembly, quality assurance and mechanical engineers. Today Boyle Inc. is one of the largest employers, and a staple business, in this small Western Pennsylvania town.

A privately-held C-corporation, Boyle Inc. remains a friendly, family-oriented company, annually re-investing in its human and mechanical capital.

From the very beginning Boyle Inc. serviced customers around the world. Its very first customer was based in South Korean. Since then Boyle Inc. has provided excellent parts and services for customers in over 30 countries, including: the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the UK, the Czech Republic, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China and India.

While James Boyle continues to run the company's day-to-day operations, his real passion these days is for the internship and youth-training programs. Boyle Inc. places particular value on finding, educating and nurturing the next generation of skilled manufacturing labor force.
